The “Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon” shows aromas of ripe black and red fruits as well as a tobacco note, earth and a touch of herbs, all with a French oak background. This classic cabernet is characterized by a full body, concentrated flavor and a persistent finish. The “Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon” is made from fruits from a number of the best Cabernet vineyards in the Golan Heights. The wine ages in French oak barrels for 18 months, 40% of which are new. A “Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon” can be enjoyed from the moment of purchase. However, it improves with patience and remains in excellent drinking condition for a decade or longer. Try the wine with filet mignon with a balsamic glaze, Moroccan lamb tagine or creamy polenta with slow-roasted mushrooms.
