The “Yarden Allone Habaschan Cabernet Sauvignon” shows a complex aroma of ripe red and black fruits as well as notes of tobacco, mint, chocolate and roasted coffee. This Single Vineyard red wine has a full body with concentrated scents, is elegant in character with a lasting taste. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Single Vineyard wine are grown exclusively in the “Allone Habashan” vineyard, which is located in the central Golan Heights at an altitude of 600 meters. The aging takes 18 months in French oak barrels. This production is the first of the unique single Cabernet Sauvignon, which comes exclusively from the “Allone Habashan” vineyard. With the passionate “Yarden Allone Habashan Cabernet Sauvignon”, it can be very difficult to refrain from opening. However, the wine improves within a few years and could remain in the best drinking condition for over a decade under suitable conditions. It is wonderful to combine with a grilled lamb chop, a fried steak or with a polenta with roasted mushrooms.
