About the wine

The “Yarden 2T” is characterized by exotic spicy notes, mixed with ripe red and black fruits, as well as fresh and dried flowers. This fascinating cuvée made from two Portuguese grapes has a full body and delightful taste. The “Yarden 2T” is made from two well-known Portuguese grape varieties; Touriga Nacional and Tinto Caõ. The wine grapes are harvested at the 700 meter high “Yonatan Springs” vineyard and the “Geshur” vineyard at 400 meters. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. A “Yarden 2T” will improve in the bottle over several years under suitable conditions and will remain in excellent drinking condition. Serve the wine with lamb combined with mint pesto, prime rib rubbed with coffee or a cassoulet dish with duck confit.
