About the wine

Although the parents have been vinifying excellent wines from plots such as Ungerberg on the 13ha winery on Lake Neusiedl since 1988 and are members of the renowned Pannobile association: The work, work and magic of the two daughters Stefanie and Susanne aka Rennersistas since 2015 is like a new start. Everything in the Rennersistas project is fresh, young, casual, carefree and cheeky, with a taste and style that only talent and intuition can produce in a playful and safe way the good parents Renner! The project, the sisters, the labels and the wines are beguiling and enchanting. Courageous organic farming (certified 2012), with everything that goes with it, no chemical assistants, lots of manual work, lots of risk and then some wines! Radical chic, urban, funky, sexy, drinky, a bit of a shock for the establishment! Just try it out and taste freedom! Natural Wine!

Tasting note
Squatters and plush sofa! For now, wood and stones fly, spicy, mineral, undergrowth, freshly tart, but then hearts fly, sweet, bright red fruits, erotic, creamy, plush, soft - yes, you can stay! On the palate, outrageously juicy, soft, sensual, sweet fruit, in addition to its rebellious nature, direct, crackling tension, energy, nice, round spice, friendly fire. Crunchy rose, straight out, but still something to bite into and touch! Hmmmh.
Culinary recommendation
Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Waiting for Tom ROSÉ harmoniert ausgezeichnet mit Roastbeef, Grilladen und Tafelspitz.
