“Bufadors Celler” the most personal project by Ton Mata and his wife Encarna Castillo. Vinya del Rascarà, a unique, purist corpinnat that emerged from a unique Xarel-lo plot planted in 1999. Fermenting must from the same plot is also used for the secondary fermentation. After aging for more than 57 months in Recaredo's cellars, the wine was manually disgorged.
