About the wine
A very limited quantity was produced from our best grapes from the 2005 harvest. Bottled 2 years after harvest, the Vintage Port will evolve in the bottle and your patience will be rewarded after a few decades.

Tasting note
The wine is deep cherry red. On the nose, ripe aromas of black plum and red currant develop, accompanied by earthy notes and a hint of dry wood. Finely nuanced nuances of raspberry and violet as well as a subtle minerality round off the bouquet. On the palate, it is balanced and voluminous with well-structured tannins. Sweet oak notes are harmoniously combined with dried fruits such as figs, plums and dates. The finish is long-lasting and unmistakable.
Culinary recommendation
It goes perfectly with blue cheese, dark chocolate, nuts and desserts such as chocolate cake or tarte tatin. It is also a pleasure solo as a meditation wine.
