Tasting note

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with chocolates and desserts.
Vinification
After traditional foot stepping in Granit Lagares, fermentation takes place over 2 to 5 days. Fermentation is stopped by adding grape brandy to achieve the desired residual sugar content. The port wine is then aged for 18 to 24 months in old wooden barrels with capacities of between 600 and 10,000 liters before being bottled unfiltered.
