About the wine
With the snappy Pinot Blanc 2020 — Vial Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC, you can offer your family and friends something very special. Fertile and blooming landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Kellerei Kaltern conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Pinot Blanc is excellent to serve with pulpo or fried poultry.

Tasting note
Bright yellow, scent of pear and ripe Gold Delicious, mineral, lots of fruit on the palate too; juicy, well-integrated acidity, persistent
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with light starters and fish dishes, but is also popular as an aperitif.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, partly whole and partly destemmed, must clarification, slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C (20% in large wooden barrels), 5-month storage on fine yeast, filtration and bottling in March.
