About the wine
Tenute Olianas is located in the heart of Sardinia. More specifically, in Sarcidano, a plateau in central Sardinia. 60 km north of Cagliari, 65 km east of Oristano, on the southern border of the province of Nuoro. The estate covers over 20 ha, of which 16 ha are planted with vineyards. Tenute Olianas offers bio-integral and therefore dispenses with the use of artificial fertilisers and synthetic products.

Tasting note
Intense notes of red grapefruit and lemon with hints of spices and bread rind. On the palate, the wine is refreshing and round with a very pleasant aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes that are very aromatic and with medium-aged cheese. This wine can also be enjoyed excellently as an aperitif.
Vinification
70% of the grapes are aged in steel tanks and 30% in tonneaux. Duration: 5-6 months The wine is then assembled and clarified using only bentonite and is passed through cardboard filters before bottling. After a small addition of sulphites, the wine is finally bottled.
