About the wine

Verjus has been used as a healing, acidifier and seasoning agent for several hundred years. It is made from green or “unripe” grapes. Verjus is ideal as a vitalizing and refreshing drink and is rich in minerals and antioxidants. Finest grape flavor with a slightly sour note. Dilute with water (still or sparkling) in a mixing ratio of 1:2 or 1:3.
