About the wine
This dominant Chardonnay 2012 — Vaudesir Grand Cru Chablis AOC is in the truest sense of the word a hit right down to the last drop! This Chardonnay draws its strength and energy from the gravelly, crooked soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Pascal Bouchard transforms it into a real treat with great emotion. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Chardonnay is excellent to serve with truffles or asparagus.

Tasting note
Iridescent, clear gold with wafer-fine green reflections. Intense, generous bouquet, lime, green pears, slate, delicate honey notes, warm roasted aromas. Very long, full-bodied start, typical freshness, firm, medium-bodied, delicate, pronounced minerality in the aftertaste. A classic that belongs in every wine cellar.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with steamed or grilled fish, veal served with white truffles and poultry.
