Tasting note
Complex nose with aromas of dark cherries, red berries, fine tobacco and a touch of white pepper, underlined by mineral notes and a delicate coffee note. Powerful yet supple on the palate, with ripe, finely integrated tannins.
Culinary recommendation
This Valpolicella Superiore goes well with hearty meat dishes such as game, lamb or beef, as well as with mushroom risotto or aged hard cheese. It is also an excellent choice for pasta with meat sauces.
