Tasting note
The grapes for this excellent Valpolicella Classico Superiore come exclusively from the vineyards in the municipality of Torbe. The nose shows that it is a mighty ripasso: tempting fruit (blackberry, strawberry, cherry), dried fruit (raisins, banana), spices (vanilla, cinnamon, licorice) and nuances of aging and ripening aromas. On the palate, there is a balance of structural elements and the present and velvety tannins are in harmony with the fruit structure. It is a concentrated wine with class and profile, which is also particularly characterized by its extremely advantageous price-performance ratio.
