About the wine
This wine is a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara and is produced using the Ripasso method. The grape skins left over from the production of the winery's Amarone are added to a young Valpolicella to ferment together. The result is a wine that could be described as a small Amarone.
