Tasting note
Ripe roasted aromas and fine hazelnut notes develop in a warm, harmonious bouquet. Juicy raisins, sweet figs and aromatic cherries preserved in alcohol blend with delicate balsamic nuances and tertiary notes. On the palate, it is velvety and powerful at the same time. Soft, rounded tannins and a refreshing liveliness carry it elegantly to the finish, where a fine, salty minerality makes a lasting impression.

Ideal with roasts, game dishes and cheese.
Vinification
A mature and complex wine made from the best Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes. The grapes are dried for 90 to 110 days and then vinified using the traditional method. The wine for three years in small French oak barrels.
