With this powerful Corvina 2013 — Valpolicella Classico DOC Superiore di Ripasso, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Tasting note
Garnet red, dense color with purple reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe berries, cherries and plums, with nice notes of cassis, raspberries and blackberries. This is followed by a dense, warm and harmonious body.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Valpolicella Classico DOC Superiore di Ripasso passt perfekt zu kräftigen Fleischgerichten, Wild und rezenten Käsearten. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 15°-18°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: 5-8 Jahre.
Vinification
After alcoholic fermentation, the Valpolicella Classico is fermented again with the fresh pomace of Recioto and Amarone. This gives the wine more complexity, format and shelf life. The young wine then matures for 12 months in oak barriques and 3 months in the bottle.
