About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Valdaya masters this red wine in the picturesque and beautiful landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). With the fine Valdaya Mirum Tinto Cosecha, which was produced in 2015, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Impenetrable purple. On the nose, a distinctive mineral note as well as aromas of peppery, black berries and aromatic herbs. Compact on the palate, with enormous concentration and an acid and tannin structure, which promises excellent shelf life. The full-bodied and intense finale is exceptionally long. Mirum 2020 was named the highest rated Ribera del Duero of 2022 by renowned wine critic Tim Atkin - ahead of Pingus and Único.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, beef, poultry.
Vinification
Vinified in wooden barrels, then aged for 15 months in French 90% and Hungarian barriques 10%. Only 2400 bottles were filled.
