Ultreia Valtuille Mencia 2023 - Raul Perez

Raúl Pérez's Valtuille comes from very old vineyards in Valtuille and is one of Raúl Pérez's favorites. Perhaps this is also due to the exceptional age of the buildings, whose origins date back to 1887 (the same year in which construction of the Eiffel Tower began). The 100% whole grape fermentation ensures great concentration and textural density, while the center of the palate appears very fine, delicate and elegant at the same time. In addition, the wine is intensely fragrant, floral and aromatic. Everything is characterized by balance, texture and freshness, with a very long finish.
