About the wine

At just 19 years of age, Beppe Pescaja founded his own winery and began winegrowing according to his own ideas, in 1990. Since then, he has followed this path purposefully and without detours, a path that is otherwise not so common, involving traditional work in the vineyard with the most modern and best possible technology not chemistry! be in harmony in the cellar. On Pescaja, located between Cisterna d'Asti and Nizza Monferrato, technology is not used to compensate for deficiencies, to dominate and banish nature; rather, the exceptional technology dispenses with many chemical aids and enables the wine to develop significantly.
