Tasting note
This golden yellow elixir ensnares the nose with a huge fruit potpourri of ripe stone fruits, floral notes, honey, spices, exotic fruits, etc. On the palate, the enormous fruit delights the palate, paired with a sweetness that never seems fattening. Backed by an extremely animating acidity in the background, this Riesling delights with its phenomenal length. A wine that is really intended for great moments.

It goes well with meditation wine, sweets, cheeses and liver dishes.
Vinification
The grapes remain on the vine until the onset of winter. This is only possible in very good vintages, as the grapes must remain healthy. The harvest takes place at night at sub-zero temperatures. This is how the grapes are harvested when they are frozen. The immediate processing in the wine cellar reveals incredibly aromatic grape juice that is highly sugary. These sweet wines produced in this way are intended to last forever and can easily mature for a few decades.
