About the wine
The Trementinaire is an homage to the way wines were produced in the past. Nuria Altès writes that it used to be common practice to have a keg in every household and that it was the grandmother's job to refill it again and again so that it was never empty.

Tasting note
In the glass, this orange wine shows a bright copper color. On the nose, ethereal aromas, herbs and dried orange peels. On the palate, the Trementinaire surprises with a wonderful freshness. Intense aromas and fine tannins give it richness and complexity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetables, aged cheeses, Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
The Trementinaire is an orange wine, i.e. a white wine that is produced like a red wine. The grapes are harvested by hand, completely destemmed and then squeezed and placed in a cement tank. There, cold maceration takes place for 10 days until alcoholic fermentation begins. In total, the must and the resulting wine remain in contact with the grape skins for 5 weeks until the mash is pressed. The wine is then filled into old 300-liter barrels, where it ages for 2 years.
