About the wine
Love for Burgenland tradition and love for nature: that is what drives Triebaumers in their work and characterizes their euphoria. They produce plants that can be attributed to their origin at any time. Of course, Blaufränkisch dominates, which they know perfectly both in the fine-cherry-fruity variety and in the complex, spicy one. Respect for their sites and soils is reflected in their abstinence from synthetic fertilisers, herbicides and insecticides. In 25 out of 26 points, their viticulture is also organic-organic.

Tasting note
Golden yellow, fresh and spicy on the nose. On the palate, citrus and lychee with a good acid-residual sugar ratio.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with red cheese, foie gras, sorbets with fruit-spice combinations and fruit desserts.
Vinification
Manual harvest in crates, maceration time for 10 hours, gentle pressing, then cooled fermentation in steel tanks with fermentation stop by cooling and filtration, only contact with the steel tank
