About the wine
The estate was founded in 1984 by Chantal and Jean Berthet-Bondet. In 2010, the winery was converted to organic farming and today has 15 hectares of vineyards in the Château-Chalon and Côtes du Jura appellations. Since 2018, the eldest daughter Hélène has been successfully running the winery. The basis for this is the “Tradition blanc”

Tasting note
A tasty combination of Chardonnay for volume and Savagnin for freshness that complement each other perfectly. This duo offers a typical and accessible cuvée. Aged for 2 years under a haze of lacework, there are notes of dried fruit, cookies, dried apples, sweet spices (saffron, curry) on the one hand and liveliness and minerality with a beautiful finesse and a lot of longevity on the other.
