Tasting note
Eye: light pink; nose: smells of raspberries, currants and cherries; palate: fresh and mineral, fine and balanced

Vinification
Fermentation takes place spontaneously “supported” in clay vessels, after maceration in contact with the skins for about 36 hours; partial malolactic fermentation; 11 months on fine yeast; bâtonnage in the first opening (4hl clay vessel). Timorasso is undoubtedly the most important grape variety in these regions. He produces wines with a strong personality, which are sometimes even present twice so as not to be indifferent. White wines tend to pretend to be big and disguise themselves as red wines.
