Tasting note
The Timeless IGT Dolomiti's fruity aromas of passion fruit, peach and almond express a lot of character with a very unique structure. Next, the refreshing nuances of lemon, lime and apple reveal their own character. A fruity white wine with a slender body and dominant acidity, which unfolds its complex structure on the tongue and palate. This top wine received the award: Vinum: 18; Falstaff: 94/100; Gambero Rosso: 2 Robert Parker: 90/100.

Vinification
“Hand picking, spontaneous fermentation. This wine was stored for 7 years in Tonneaux (500 lt) and kept fresh with constantly fresh vineyard yeasts from the new vintages. Another 11 months in 225 lt barrique. This method is called “metodo giovèn”. The 2011 vintage was bottled in April 2019. Production 660 x 75cl. “
