About the wine
In 2004, Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie started their Terroir al Limit project in Priory with the help of the Pérez family. Nothing else should be bottled but terroir, excellent locations, old vines, biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation, concrete and fuder instead of barrique. After only a few years of experimentation, Dominik - now solely responsible - has explored the limits of the terroir and implemented his vision. Terroir al Limit - these are beguiling wines of exceptional elegance and mineral power. Very big!

Tasting note
Priorat Unplugged - Super refreshing wine from this very warm region, which is really fun in summer, but not only. Plump, crunchy red fruit, currant, pomegranate seeds, hibiscus flower, hearty, spicy accents of fennel and Mediterranean herb garden, so juicy and tasty, the water runs right in your mouth, simply delicious.
Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Hands-off vinification, whole grape fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts and aging for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. No extraction, no wood
