Tasting note
Like all Mas Jullien reds, La Brune undergoes fermentation and maceration lasting 20 to 26 days, during which the mash hat is repeatedly showered with the juice and the young wine for better and gentle extraction. The fermentation temperature is reduced to preserve the delicate aromas in the wine. The gentle pressing also allows the use of wine from the first pressing. It is aged for 24 months in small oak barrels. The wine is neither refined nor filtered. A small deposit can therefore form as a sign of naturalness.
