About the wine
In 2004, Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie started their Terroir al Limit project in Priory with the help of the Pérez family. Nothing else should be bottled but terroir, excellent locations, old vines, biodynamic management, spot fermentation, concrete and fuder instead of barrique. After only a few and also experimental years, Dominik has now explored the limits of the terroir more responsibly and implemented his vision. Terroir al Limit, these are beguiling wines, burgundy in the rock face, erotic black and white photographs, wines of exceptional elegance and mineral power. Very great wines!

Tasting note
Firefly dance - magic, mysticism and folklore at the same time, immediately rich, glowing, round, dancing with many finesses and facets, soft, ripe aromas of sweet white currants, mirabelles, also enchanting, delicate spring flowers, wood anemones, cowslip. On the palate, first this game with warmth and suppleness, flowing, hugging a juicy freshness and zest of citrus, then with lots of tension and grip, mineral like evaporating rain on warm slate, seasoning of Mediterranean wild herbs and wild fennel, expressive, deep and dense, wonderful expression of the beauty of this wild nature on warm summer nights.

Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Whole grape fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts for 5 days on the skins in cement and stainless steel tanks, aging for 6 months in cement tanks.
