About the wine
Hand picking of selected grapes, maceration on the skins at a temperature of around 28°C for 25-3 days. After tapping, malolactic fermentation takes place, followed by 24-month aging in wooden barrels (large barrels made of Slavonian oak and French oak barriques) and a final 12-24 month bottle aging.
