Tasting note
The figurehead of Azienda and Syrah with which Fabrizio Dionisio most closely identifies. Dense, almost impenetrable ruby red. Explosive bouquet, with notes of precious spices such as pepper and cloves, but also lots of dark fruit. On the palate, compact, concentrated fruit supported by well-integrated tannin. A Syrah that has a lot of power but also elegance.

Vinification
The vinification takes place in steel tanks. The aging phase before bottling takes about 18 months and takes place in oak barrels of various sizes.
