About the wine
Sunny and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Franco M. Martinetti conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Cabernet Sauvignon with pizza with mushrooms or Gruyère burgers.

Tasting note
Ruby with purple reflections. The nose is complex, dense and spicy. With aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries, ripe cherries, balsamic and spicy components. Full-bodied and dense on the palate. Present but velvety tannins, sharp acidity and juicy structure. Balanced aftertaste with a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with ravioli con carne or veal cutlet.
Vinification
The grapes for the top cuvée “Sul Bric” are selected up to three times. The two grape varieties are mashed separately, then married and aged in French barriques for twelve months. In dialect, “Sul Bric” means “in front of the abyss,” but also “on top of a wild hill.”
