About the wine
With experience and instinct, the winemaker from the Italian winery Alovini masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Basilicata. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Primitivo with risotto or spicy hard cheese.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red with violet reflections. Winey on the nose, delicate scent of cherry, violet and raspberry. On the palate, Sterparo is round and powerful, subtle fruit sweetness, red fruits, velvety tannin notes. Great elegance, it looks light and is extremely drinky, despite its full body.
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with Mediterranean cuisine, including spicy and spicy dishes, as well as with tasty semi-hard cheese.
Vinification
The winemaking process is temperature-controlled at 21°C to 25°C over a period of 8 days in a rotary fermenter, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
