About the wine
The Bovard family cultivates 16 hectares of vines and has set itself the task of bringing out the originality and typicity of the great Vaud wines. Their vineyard was created by Cistercian monks in the 12th century. The Chasselas finds expressiveness here like almost nowhere else, with the “Médinette” standing as the most beautiful example of this. Louis Bovard's wines are now widely recognized even on the international stage. He is also called the father of Chasselas.

Tasting note
Ruby colors, garnet shades. Red berry notes are combined with a fine spice, raspberries, cherries, followed by violet notes and milk chocolate. A fine texture and a wonderfully velvety fruit quickly spread to the palate, including cranberries, cloves and cinnamon, rounded off by subtle roasted aromas; very powerful and fruit-intensive, persistent finish.
