About the wine
Saint Joseph is a promising appellation in the northern part of the Rhône that is just really growing. The AOC makes around 90% red wine from Syrah grapes and 10% white wine from Marsanne grapes. The appellation stretches along the western bank of the Rhône from Condrieu to St-Pérey on the southern border. There are currently around 850 hectares of vineyards in total.

Vinification
This blend of the winery's nine Syrah plots is a real seductive. Each vineyard is individually vinified and aged before the final cuvée is created — a harmonious red wine with depth and character. The scent combines floral notes of violets with fine spiciness, and the palate has a smooth tannin structure that harmonizes perfectly with the juicy substance of the wine. 12 to 14 months of aging give it balance and length. A wine that loves fine meats — instinctive, expressive and all of Saint Joseph.
