About the wine

More than ten years ago, coffee producer Maurizio Zanetti took over the winery in the heart of the Prosecco DOC zone. He primarily invested in the vineyards. Under the leadership of Franco Bernabei and Lionello Lot, Case Bianche has become one of the leading Prosecco houses. Wildbacher is an old grape variety, it originally comes from the small village of the same name in Styria. It found its way to Veneto two centuries ago and is now an absolute rarity with its very own, unmistakable character. This spumante, the youngest child of this winery, is an excellent and refreshing summer wine.
