Since 1991, the small family-run winery Dom Salvador has been producing wines of remarkable quality in the Vinho Verde region. Today, Jorge Pereira runs the estate together with his wife Rose Philipp and their son Renato – with infectious enthusiasm, artisanal expertise and a clear philosophy: "We make wines that are honest.
