About the wine

The Kloß family looks back on a long history as a sparkling wine manufacturer. As early as 1856, Julius Kloß founded one of the first sparkling wine houses in Germany, the sparkling wine cellar Kloß & Förster, which is now part of Rokäppchen-Mumm. Christian Kloß, great-great-grandson of Julius, founded the “Winninger Sektmanufaktur C Kloß” on the Moselle in 2022, where they produce high-quality sparkling wine with yeast storage over several years. But that's not all, Christian supplemented his sparkling wine career early on with the production of alcohol-free alternatives based on regional ingredients, fruits and plants. This is how their sparkling teas were created, which are characterized by regionality, quality and complete absence of chemical preservatives.
