Sparkling Gin & Tonic 2023 - Andersen Winery

Sparkling Gin & Tonic is a sparkling cocktail that is made using the traditional method. The tonic is made from cinchona bark, lemongrass and spices and the gin is distilled with plenty of herbs and juniper berries. The tonic is fermented in the bottle until we have a pressure of 6 bar and the small bubbles have formed. The yeast is removed from the bottles and we add gin and sugar.
