About the wine
Behind the vineyard, the forest looks like a cloak that protects this “cru”; here there are only Sangiovese vines, a Tuscan grape variety par excellence that is able to reproduce the entire character of the terroir.

Tasting note
Flattering and inviting with floral, mineral and spicy notes, while on the palate it has great tension, flavor and character.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty pasta dishes such as lasagna, polpette and tomato sauce and spicy dishes in general.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in open containers with local yeasts, maceration on the skins for 10 - 15 days. Aging in wood for 10 months and a further 10 months in bottle.
