About the wine

Since 2003, Filippo Filippi has created his own world on this ancient estate. The highest locations of Soave DOC are surrounded by forests and meadows, a fantastic environment that is preserved by Filippo and managed according to biodynamic principles (certified organic since 2007). Under the free spirit, however, respect for nature and innovation are not mutually exclusive; what counts is the terroir, not commerce; almost all wines do not use wood in the maturing process. The wines stand out from other soaves in a very unpretentious way. Where they tend to overripe and luscious, Fillipos wines show particular grandeur - harmonious richness and mineral structure. Great wines with origins at a moderate price.
