About the wine
Salvarenza is one of those plots that was planted by the ancestors of the Gini brothers. There is a legend surrounding the name: Young Renza is said to have been saved here from a band of deserts by a noble knight. The five hectares are planted with 90 percent Garganega and 10 percent Trebbiano. The vines are over 80 years old on average, the yield is very low at 4000 kilograms per hectare, and the mineral concentration of grapes and wine is enormous.

Tasting note
The Gini brothers own vines in most famous locations. There, they produce soaves of great concentration and stature. They cultivate six hectares in the La Froscà zone, which is characterized by limestone and tuff soils. The yield is 600 grams per square meter. The must ferments with juicy yeasts, the young wine is aged partly in steel tanks and partly in barriques. The playful, seductive bouquet is incomparable. On the palate, Soave La Froscà shows an astonishing substance, nestled in race and sweet enamel.

Goes well with aperitifs, antipasti, fish, charcuterie.
