About the wine
The well-known oenologist Luca D'Attoma founded the Duemani winery in Tuscany together with his wife Elena at the turn of the millennium. They planted their favorite grape varieties there, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Merlot. The terroir on the Italian coast is ideal for these grapes and has since enabled the couple to produce clean and excellent wines that are absolutely recognizable. The winery has been officially certified organic and Demeter since 2004.

Tasting note
On the nose with sweet strawberries, cherries, currants, honeydew melons, candied oranges, peaches and hints of crushed stones. Medium-bodied on the palate, with lots of energy and freshness, leading to a long, complex finish.
Vinification
Manual reading in small boxes. In the cellar, the grapes are partially stemmed and gently pressed to obtain the desired color intensity. The must is refrigerated for about two days and spontaneously fermented in 300-liter amphoras, where it remains for complete refinement. No clarification or filtration.
