Tasting note
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections that speak for his youth. Clean and bright. We find odorous aromas in the nose. Especially aromas of white and exotic fruits, pineapple and green apples, which blend perfectly with herbal and herbaceous notes. Fresh and energizing. The taste is a good start, wide and fresh and light on the palate. The acid is perfectly integrated. A long and dry aftertaste. A young, fresh, meaty and elegant white wine!

Vinification
The grapes come from old vines with low yields, which were grown in the southernmost part of Segovia in the Rueda area. Under the care and technical guidelines of Australian winemaker Belinda Thomson, 20 to 30% of the wine is aged in barrels and rests on its own yeasts for a few months before being bottled. Free from animal products - vegan and now also certified organic.
