Tasting note
It has a powerful purple color. An inviting nose of black cherries, cassis, licorice and black pepper, as well as a touch of exotic spice and the finest vanilla can be discerned. Lots of concentrated black berry fruit on the palate, the pleasant acidity gives this Syrah freshness and balances the structure well, extremely ripe tannins; delicious notes of dark chocolate and smoke in the long-lasting and spicy finish. And another very interesting thing: “Sh” is probably the first Syrah that was cultivated in the D.O. Navarra. Congratulations to the winemaker and owner of the Tómas Santos winery!
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with beef, lamb in herb crust, game dishes but also with grilled scampi and fish with roasted garlic. It also goes well with mature soft cheeses.

12 months in 300 and 400 liter French oak barrels
