Carlo Negri Sfursat Valtellina DOCG 2019 - Nino Negri

The natural air-drying of grapes increases the concentration of aromatic substances and sugar in the must, making this specialty with a long tradition possible. Even on the nose, the Sfursate from Nino Negri shines with a compact variety of aromas (raspberries, jam, violet, pepper, rock). Without appearing overloaded, a wide, powerful and very complex wine with a deep berry fruit (cherry) unfolds on the palate. The high alcohol content is excellently combined with distinctive fruit acids and grippy tannins from the Chiavennasca grape, as Nebbiolo is called in Valtellina. This traditional Sfursat ends in an almost endlessly long finish.
