Tasting note
Ruby red color. A delicate bouquet of hazelnuts and a slight oak note. Subtly noticeable, well-integrated vanilla notes on the palate. Harmonious medium-long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meats, game and mature cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes for the “Seduzione” are only harvested 2 weeks after the proper harvest. After alcoholic fermentation in the fermentation tanks, the wine is aged in barriques for biological acid degradation. The Nebbiolo grows on the terraces, whose sites are laid out on the rocks of Valtellina Superiore. It is aged in new, lightly roasted barriques made from French oak “Allier” for a period of 12 months. Storage in bottles, which rest in dark and cool vaulted cellars for at least 10 months before they are released for sale, is of paramount importance.
