Tasting note
The Sauvignon Blanc has a pale lemon color with greenish reflections, with scents reminiscent of tropical fruits and notes of ripe figs. Light body, with citrus aromas on the palate and bright acidity.

Perfect with seafood, Asian cuisine or a summer salad with goat cheese.
Vinification
The grapes for Chamonix Sauvignon Blanc 2023 come from two vineyards at an altitude of around 450 m with greywacke soils. After gentle pressing, the must was cooled overnight and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled 14—16 °C for 20 days. The wine then aged on fine lees for around 16 weeks, which gives it additional structure and depth.
