Tasting note
Aged for 12 months in large wooden barrels. Inviting nose with aromas of white currants, gooseberries and some kiwi, framed with mineral flint notes and floral tones of ripe green peppers and fresh herbs. Elegant on the palate, with vibrant acidity, deep structure and finely salty aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian starters, mushroom dishes, white and green asparagus, but also with freshwater fish and fine poultry.
