About the wine
We are located in Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina. The Salentein winery is located right at the foot of the Andes at 1,200 m above sea level, which, with a clear vision for this place, great respect for nature and extensive wine know-how, produces wines that reflect this breathtakingly beautiful region. This background, but above all the privileged climatic conditions — strong temperature differences between day and night allow the grapes to fully ripen without losing their acidity and thus becoming fat and heavy — benefit this Sauvignon Blanc.

Tasting note
Aromatic, intense, complex. Citrus aromas such as grapefruit and pineapple combined with floral aromas and a little fresh mint give the wine a dangerous drinking flow.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, poultry or as a soloist for an aperitif.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand. A combination of modern and traditional techniques. Aging period in one, two and three-year French barriques for 8 months
