About the wine
Immediate separation of the must from the mash. A white pressed Merlot. Manufacturing processes such as Federweißen or Dôle Blanche. The blue grapes are only gently pressed so that only the white juice runs off. It is then aged in the same way as with white wine. Fermentation with automatic temperature control in stainless steel tanks. In addition, 3% Sauvignon Blanc is combined with the base wine.

Tasting note
Clear bright yellow. Delicate, floral, fruity aroma. Fresh on the palate, with good content. Fine acid structure, fresh and balanced in the body.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish and vegetable terrines, spring risotti, mixed baked fish from Lake Maggiore.
